Park City Utah – Park City Mountain Resort extended it’s ski season through April 17th, 2011. “Thanks to a 120-inch settled base depth and an above average snowfall in March, we’ve decided to stay open for an additional week,” said Jenni Smith, president and general manager of Park City Mountain Resort. “With several storms expected through the middle of April, our extended week is another way that we can say thank you to our loyal guests and the Park City community for another great season.”

The weather continues to cooperate with another huge storm system moving through Park City over the weekend. The headline picture was taken on the morning of April 8th from the Silver Star base area at Park City Mountain Resort.
