Deer Valley Fireside Dining - Swiss Raclette
The Deer Valley Fireside Dining was awarded the #7 Deer Valley Restaurant position in our “Best Deer Valley Restaurants near Deer Valley Resort” survey. Set in the picturesque mountain location of Deer Valley Resort’s Empire Canyon Lodge, Fireside Dining offers local favorites from the European Alps. The experience features four courses each prepared and served in front of its own wood burning stone fireplace.

Visit the first fireplace to find warm Swiss raclette cheese served alongside steamed new potatoes, house marinated pearl onions, cornichons, cured Italian and Swiss meats, freshly baked baguettes and accompaniments including house-ground mustards and chutneys.
The second fireplace offers simmering fricassées and stews prepared with hearty alpine ingredients such as chicken, beef short ribs, quail, veal, venison, wild mushrooms, leeks, roasted tomatoes, root vegetables and fresh herbs. Served alongside is a traditional Swiss staple, hand-grated, crisp, buttery potato rösti.
Deer Valley Fireside Dining - Roast Leg of Lamb
The third fireplace features fire-roasted leg of lamb brushed with fresh herbs and seasoning, as well as polenta or three onion risotto prepared in a dutch oven.
The fourth and final fireplace offers tempting desserts such as chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate Grand Marnier fondues. Apples, strawberries, bananas, cinnamon pound cake, almond biscotti, and Deer Valley chocolate chip cookies are served alongside for dipping.
Fireside Dining is open during the winter ski season, Wednesday through Saturday. The buffet style dining charges $52 for Adults, $28 for Children age 11 years and younger. Free parking is available, reservations are recommended.

This restaurant is awesome
Recently ate at the Fireside Dinning event heald weekly at the Empire Lodge in Deer Valley. We were treated by my borther and I would like to thank him by purchasing a raclette stand that was used to melt the raclette by the fire.
I have done an extensive search on the Internet but only can find the electric grills.
Could you point me in the right direction as to where I might be able to get the authentic raclette stand for the fireplace?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
