I really hope that the owners decide to open in a new location so that we can enjoy their amazing stews and lunches for many more years to come. You guys have some great restaurants on your list. The Seafood Buffet is one of the best dining experiences I've had in Park City, as is the killer Carrot Cake offered at the Royal Street Cafe. I also think that Stein Ericksens Skiers Lunch Buffet should be included It's pricey, but it's an experience that many skiing Deer Valley should try. Maybe it'll make you list next season!
